Community Native Open Land - Remove turf, reconture land and reseed with native plants and grasses. The goal is to establish a publicly accessible trail system through an inner city habitat of native plants and wildlife
Community Botanical Garden - Use a portion of the property as a Botanical Garden with walking trails, meeting and event space.
