Non-profit: The Eagle Trace CDC is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, Charitable Organization and will be funded through individual contributions

Board of Directors: The CDC is comprised of a group of volunteer board members.  The Eagle Trace CDC board has representation from each Home Owners Association (HOA) and Non HOA neighborhoods surrounding the Eagle Trace Golf Course

Partnerships: The Eagle Trace CDC will engage resources and collaborate with other entities, including but not limited to legal council, consultants, city government, and community groups, as required to achieve the community vision
