The Eagle Trace Community Development Corporation (ETCDC) was established as a nonprofit organization by residents of the Eagle Trace neighborhood to proactively address the future of our community in light of the significant changes and challenges facing the Eagle Trace Golf Course. The Eagle Trace CDC is an all volunteer organization. 

Recognizing the potential loss of this central green space and its impact on property values, quality of life, and neighborhood character, the ETCDC was formed to serve as a unified, community-driven entity capable of evaluating, planning, and implementing solutions that protect and enhance the integrity, beauty, and sustainability of Eagle Trace for generations to come.
